Palo Santo, the "Holy Wood"

Palo Santo (BURSERA GRAVEOLENS) is a tree native to South America and has been used for medicinal and spiritual purposes by the region's indigenous people for centuries. It is most commonly burned as incense, with the smoke produced believed to carry away negative energy and promote relaxation. Scientists have also recently discovered the benefits of smudging with regards to sterilizing potentially harmful airborne bacterias and viruses.

Sustainably & Ethically harvested from the Peruvian Amazon. These sticks will not continuously burn like traditional incense.

Application:

Light only one side, fan it out and slowly move it through the air. After a few minutes the wood will go out on its own, then you can light it again if you wish.

Palo Santo is suitable for cleaning stones, healing stone jewelry, amethyst druses, charging and discharging sets and for meditating more focused and deeply.
