Cacao comes from the Cacao Tree (Theobroma), a small evergreen which is native to the tropical regions of Central and South America.

It's fruit is a pod where in the magical Cacao Bean grows… Honoured and revered by various tribal cultures, including the Incas and Mayans, for over 4,000 years, it was so valuable it was actually used as a currency.

It was highly revered and respected, physically and spiritually, for use in ceremonies and rituals as a way to honour the Gods, as well as shared at festivals and feasting's.
